Why doesn’t Mahindra consider another dealership in the Malabar region? Is anyone else from the Malabar region frustrated with the current Mahindra service experience?
As far as I know, Eram Motors is the only authorized Mahindra dealer covering a large part of Malabar. If that’s the case, why hasn’t Mahindra considered appointing another dealer to improve competition and customer service?
I’m asking because my own experience has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a routine service turned into weeks of follow-ups, repeated promises, and unresolved issues. Every time I was told, “We’ll fix it” or “We’ll pick up your vehicle tomorrow,” but nothing actually happened. It’s been over 2 months, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.
The biggest issue is the lack of accountability. When customers don’t have another authorized dealer nearby, they are left with very few options. We end up depending on a single service network, regardless of the quality of service.
I’m not posting this just to complain. I genuinely want to know:
Have others in Malabar had similar experiences with Eram Motors?
Are there Mahindra owners who are satisfied with their after-sales service?
Why hasn’t Mahindra introduced another authorized dealership or service network in the Malabar region to improve customer experience?
Healthy competition usually leads to better service, faster resolutions, and greater accountability. Right now, many customers feel like they have no alternative.
I’d love to hear your experiences—good or bad. Maybe if enough owners share their feedback, Mahindra will take notice and improve its dealer network in the Malabar region.
