- Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Expert CapCut users

- High-retention editing style

- Dynamic captions

- Fast pacing

- Strong sound design

- Ability to deliver within 24 hours

- Good understanding of English instructions

Payment:

- ₹700 per approved 60-second reel

- Paid via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm)

Selection Process:

All shortlisted editors must complete a mandatory unpaid practical editing test using a CineStudio raw talking-head video. The test is used to evaluate:

- Editing skills

- Deadline management

- Availability

- Overall suitability for long-term collaboration

Important:

Passing the test does not guarantee immediate work. Editors who pass will be added to our editor network, and paid projects will be assigned as client work becomes available.
