Yes, I know I’m a little late! 😅

I see a lot of people saying they don’t like DFH, but I feel like you really need to let the album marinate with you for a little while, as you listen through a few more times. It feels like the situation with Taylor’s ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ album, where people were saying it was bad and that they hated it, only for it to become appreciated later on.

I normally give albums a minimum of 5-7 full listens from the first to last song before I form an opinion about it. At first, I didn’t like most of the album, but now after a good few full listens through the album, and the extra 3 bonus songs, I love the entire album and every song on it!

All I’m saying is don’t immediately write it off because you don’t like it at first. Sometimes you can begin to like songs you didn’t originally like. I didn’t like Mews, or Broke My Heart, or Imaginary Friend, or Sober! I didn’t even like the title track! But after enough listens through the album I actually grew to love them! Give the album a chance to sit with you through more listens, before you form an opinion on it.

I know that Reunion explained that when Max travels via photo, the timeline she was in doesn’t get altered or disappears. She just disappears from that timeline and creates a whole new one, which means there are multiple timelines that exist where she basically doesn’t exist in them anymore.

What I don’t get is how the timeline where Chloe dies even exists for her to get nightmares/visions from if you chose Bae in LiS1, because Max never creates a Bay timeline in the first place.

Unless they just use the logic of “multiple timelines have always existed”, which feels kind of lazy to use, there doesn’t seem to be a good way of explaining that.

It also means that DE shouldn’t have a second timeline, right?

Maybe I’m getting myself all confused because of how convoluted this time stuff is in the series now to me. Idk…
