Seriously struggling to find the point of using this thing. With every new update, my Hatch restore becomes more difficult to use. I’ve had multiple nights where my brown noise just quits or becomes staticky in the middle of the night which is obviously disruptive to my sleep - the exact opposite of what this thing is intended to do.

Something as simple as updating my alarms constantly receive a red error message within the app.

Unpaid sounds are becoming fewer and fewer while new features are constantly added behind a paywall.

What is the point of this machine? Starting to think all the hype is just paid social media / influencer advertising, because I’m struggling to find any benefits.

How often does this happen?!?! I cancelled my account in January because I moved to a new location without GFiber. Received confirmation of cancellation in February. Then, receive payment confirmations in March, April, and May and realize GFiber has somehow found a different payment method that was never previously used to pay for my “cancelled GFiber account.” Sounds like a scam right?!? Then, I’m unable to login to the GFiber account to cancel, the account number on the billing statements I’ve received in March - May don’t come up on their end, and customer service could only find the account after going the rabbit hole for an hour.

And the best part… I just have to wait and see if this actually gets resolved since there’s no account to cancel since it was already canceled in February! What an absolute shit show.
