Outage???? Anyone else
My hatch won’t connect to my app - I’ve tried every reset possible with the hatch, my phone, and WiFi router
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there an outage right now?

What am I doing wrong? I just got this and from the first bullet point it makes it seem like you don’t ”need” the subscription. But there is nowhere to bypass the subscription. Plus when I click the subscription and get to the payment screen it keeps declining. But I know 100% i have money in my bank account and the information is put in correctly. What am I doing wrong?
Restarted the device restarted my router restarted my phone. The sound levels keep changing and cutting in and out sporadically. This started a couple of days ago. I have the rest + with the battery. Any way to solve this?
I hate the Hatch. My brother-in-law reccomended it and I have no idea why. It makes such a simple concept (light and sound machine) the most complicated thing ever. Pick up the lamp to turn it? Song switches. Baby grabs it? Light turns off. Want to change the sound? Swipe, press, next step will be throwing it out the window and still it won't get to the Brown Noise my baby likes. Plus, the volume lags and sometimes doesn't work via the app. Ugh I just hate it.
* go read my comment if you have Verizon and can’t figure out how to connect your Hatch Baby. An HOUR of becoming a networking master and I figured it out
I’ve watched the videos, read the instructions it came with and found the user manual. I refuse to connect with support because this shouldn’t be an issue. I plugged the Hatch Baby into an outlet right next to our router and the bottom button (have pressed it, held it, waited several second intervals) won’t put it into sync mode so the Hatch app picks it up. Any experiences from ya’ll on how to be successful with syncing this thing to the app would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
