Do you need to notify a supervisor before you file a grievance for doing union work?
For example if I catch them doing union work do I need to tell them to stop before filing

Intimidation
A perosn i have been putting down as a witness for grievances told me somebody from management came and essentially intimidated/coerced him to stop being a witness. What can be done about this?

What can you do when your local is weak and members are content to go home and let management do the work without demanding their minimum ?
