Hi, I can’t thank this community enough for the advice that I’ve used during our search for an apartment for a daughter who is moving to New York for school.

We are out of state and have a lot of questions. This building is a two floor walk up and I was wondering how deliveries work when you’re not home. I know that there’s a keypad entry for the main door to the building. This building doesn’t have a package room like I’ve seen with other apartment buildings so I’m wondering how people get their packages delivered.

Went to a movie in theater 3 today. Moth infestation. They were flying around, getting in front of the projector and getting in our hair. They were coming out from under seats. These are pantry moths. If they come home with you expect an infestation.
