I'm very excited to be visiting Energylandia very soon ! I was wondering about the Uber situation in Zator. Are these widely available there ? I was planning on going to Auschwitz as well. I know the train is the best way all around but the train times just aren't optimal for me. I was planning to get an Uber for the round-trip. Any thoughts ? Thank you !

I've been suffering for seven years and got diagnosed with moderate neck osteoarthritis as I just turned 25. I don't even know the purpose of this post. I guess I am hoping to find some support or maybe some people in the same boat ?

I feel like this is the end of the world. I feel like that would be a normal diagnosis for a 60 year old, not a 25 year old and that's hard to cope with. Here are my X-Rays results :

Cervical spine level:

• At the cervical level: C4-C5 uncodiscarthrosis (uncarthrosis and disc arthrosis) and spinal stiffness.
• Sagittal spinal stiffness, loss (or flattening) of the physiological lordosis from C3 to C7 without vertebral listhesis (spondylolisthesis).
• In the coronal plane, normal alignment is preserved.
• Moderately developed uncodiscarthrosis, notably at C4-C5, predominantly on the right side, without significant acquired canal narrowing; no other major degenerative joint changes otherwise.

I do have an appointment scheduled with my GP to discuss the results of the X-Rays. I am super, super anxious. I already deal with chronic anxiety so just the wait until the appointment is overwhelming. If anybody share a similar diagnosis, what helped you feel better ? Both physically and mentally.
