I had to watch him like a hawk when using the stove lol, just because he lacks safety in every activity. He rolled them up all by himself with NO ASSISTANCE. I'm so proud of my baby boy, we've been struggling with major regression. So of course I had to document this 💜.

Celebrated my first mother's day with my babies last weekend, since escaping the cult. 💜

I wanted to have a fun day with my kids and took them to the movies today, instead of sending them to school. We were at the concession stand, my level 2 nine year old wanted more snacks than I could afford. I was trying to negotiate with him while he started having a big meltdown on the floor. I had an elderly Karen in back of me telling me that "he's way too old to be acting like a spoiled brat" and "today's parenting pisses her off". I just clapped back that he's autistic and a little empathy instead of being an old hag bitch would help. Thankfully my mom came out of the restroom at that point and brought my child his extra snacks which stopped his meltdown. I just wish the world had more empathy for Autistic children and kids in general. It's not like my son was being an obnoxious brat, he was on the floor silently crying and was too upset to get up. Maybe I'm overreacting but good God.

Re-edit I totally forgot today is a Sunday. I guess they didn't miss school. Mom brain.
