Where to get character certificate for nios student?

Can't attend the orientation cause I got some work and can't attend it ?

Can I still take admission for btech cse in August 1st-2nd week, I have the offer letter but due to some reasons I couldn't complete the process and didn't pay 1st installment, so will seats be available by then?

My ode was on 25 june, 31 june and 1st july. When will the results gonna release. I saw 1-15 june exam result has been declared on 17july, a month after so will my result be out by 1st week of Aug?

I just got my offer letter but it says that I'm provisionally selected for their program and the offer letter is provisional, so what should I do?

Does everyone get this or am I special and will it get confirmed if i pay the fees or cancelled I get late at paying(15 day deadline)

Guys registration ki last date aaj hai ya Kal 16 or 17, kyuki official web pe 17 hai lekin whataspp pe 16 ka msg hai, asking kyuki i have some things and mujhe sochne ka time chahiye to wahi puch rhi ki kal bhar skti hu kya?? Please help

Just a random thought that what if someone fails to present their 12th marksheet during time of joining or doesn't go for joining for of its absence because of failing in 12th or something?

And what can he do
