Hi guys
everytime i start to have some symptoms or an episode i start to feel energy in my arms and especially my throat like i needs to scream/yell or pant, or just MOVE. it’s very electric and intense feeling, but it’s not anxiety at all it’s just pure energy. i get a little shaky too. just wondering if any of you experience that too. maybe it’s a mania thing maybe it’s unrelated.
