Hello all.

I'm 46yr old guy starting again due to losing my wife to cancer, where do I start as its all changed so very much I just don't know what to do??

I lost my wife on the 24th April 2026 to super aggressive cancer she died at home which was her final wish. I helped carry her coffin into the crematorium and read a speech for her. I just don't know what do to with myself I'm back at work as I can't stay in an empty house. I feel like a massive sense of relief because I know she's not in anymore pain..

I cared for her over 10 years due to IIH and then cancer thanks world for that royal kick in the balls.

Am I meant to feel like this??
