Who’s got a plot in Jayanagar? Hit me up.

I’m looking for plots in Jayanagar, preferably below 3500 Sq. Ft. in area.

And just to state the obvious - clean title, no surprises and preferably not in 9th Block.

Would prefer talking to owners directly. But if you’re a broker, lay out your expectations and we’ll try making something work. But don’t waste my time on this.

What are your (or your family’s) ties to this city?

I was wondering why there are so many Tulu-speaking people living along the Peenya–Nelamangala stretch, and it got me thinking: how did we end up here in the first place?

What brought us—or our families—to Bangalore? Was it business, industry, education, government jobs, migration during a particular period, or something else entirely?

What’s your family’s Bangalore story?

[MEETUP] Call it Lunch? | Weekdays | Jayanagar | 13:30 - 14:15

I used to take the interns in the office to new spots everyday for lunch, because they were from other places and they didn’t have a lot of time to explore. And for me, I just had to ensure that I eat something in the afternoon.

The interns finished interning. But I still eat at different places everyday. No repetitions in a week. Tag along if you’re frequenting the same few places everyday and you’re fed up. Tag along if you need fresh air away from work for a while.

Occurred to me while metro-ing

Connecting NCMC / Metro Cards with other agencies for data - to keep track of senior citizens, people with disabilities and pregnant women in real-time - so that they’re well accommodated instead of having to struggle for seats like everyone else.

I think practical implementation would be flagging the cards when they enter, have a person or a system that understands which direction they’re heading in so that they’re accommodated in seats / spaces from start to end with no fuss.

Would love to know if onto something here, or if there’s a better way to do this.
