Are these chanterelles or false chanterelles? Can we eat these?

Here are some of the arrangements I’ve made over the past few months. I’d really appreciate any constructive feedback, whether it’s things I’m doing well or areas where I can improve. I’m still very much a beginner and eager to learn!

Hi everyone! Looking to see if anyone has experienced something similar with their dog.

My 2 year old Bernedoodle has developed bald patches on both elbows that have been slowly getting larger over the past few weeks. The skin isn’t red or inflamed, but it’s a little rough and slightly thicker than the surrounding skin.

Some additional details:
-Not itchy on the elbows at all. He doesn’t lick or chew them.
-He does have itchy feet and legs, so our vet suspects environmental allergies.
-He completed a course of Apoquel, but it didn’t make any difference to the elbow patches.
-We’re going back to the vet on Friday to try Cytopoint injections.
-He also has persistent brown eye discharge from one eye that hasn’t improved.
-He sleeps mostly on rugs, his dog bed, couch, and our bed, not hard floors.

We ran a full blood work during out last visit and that came back clean. The fact that the elbow patches aren’t itchy makes me wonder if this is something other than allergies. I’ve read about pressure calluses/pressure alopecia, Demodex, fungal infections, etc., but I’m curious if anyone has seen something similar.

Has anyone’s dog had this? If so, what did it end up being? Are there any tests I should ask my vet about (skin scrape, cytology, fungal culture, etc.)?
