Hi there. I have to visit the consulate this week to drop my passport off. My train is set to arrive at 11am. I’m worried that I won’t have enough time as they close at 2:30. Has anyone been to the Chicago location recently that can provide some insight into the average time to wait? Thank you.

Disclaimer : I just had my aptitude test today so it’s not even close to a guarantee that I’ll even be accepted. But I’m kinda kicking myself for applying Residential rather than Commercial. If all goes well and I do end up getting accepted, is there any possibility of switching?

Hi all, I'm re-learning as an adult, doing pretty well but I'm practicing harder problems and this one is throwing me for a loop

5/6 - 7/12 + 1/24

I thought according to the order of operations that you would add first (giving you 15/24) then subtract (making 20/24 - 15/24 = 5/24)

But the site I'm using is showing 7/24 as the solution, which you get by just doing the problem in the order its shown.

Is there a reason why this doesn't follow the order of operations? Or what am I doing wrong?

Hey yall. Never taken the bus here before but I'm looking into taking the Fast Gratiot to Downtown next weekend and I'm getting a little confused

So I see the Fast Gratiot route which is on the SMART site as 561, but then I click to view the Route Map and it shows it as 562/563? So that's my first bit of confusion. Is that the same route?

Now, I would need to board at 12 Mile & Gratiot. Does the FAST route stop there? Again on the SMART "Schedules" tab it only shows it having a few stops, but on the route map I linked above it shows 12 Mile as a stop.

So I'm just wondering if my plan of boarding at 12 Mile and getting off Downtown (as close to Grand Circus Park as possible) will work.

I have been using Proton for about a year now and haven't had any issues. in fact it's been great. But today I'm having awful download speeds. I haven't changed any settings and i've reset my router and yes I have tried other servers with less load % as well, all to no avail. I have never had this problem before and my speeds have always been great with Proton but today I am loading at <100kb/s

Is something up with Proton today? Or is it something on my end? Thanks
