Help with getting this teddy to look more like dog

Hello guys, I just really want this teddy to look more like this dog but I'm not sure what techniques to use! I have tried needle felting to add hair here and there for different tones etc and I know I need to groom it a lot better and add hair to the ears etc but something is just not sitting right with me about it, other than cleaning it up and adding some grey to his chest what else can I do? I know the nose is not perfect it's a bit too triangular but it's the 5th attempt and I think it's going to be the best I can do 😅

Madhouse inspired Cargo Pants

Yes that is my Instagram I am not stealing this, and Reddit isn't letting me upload videos for some reason 🫠😂 These took me 3 days, lots of trial and error but I'm very proud and also extremely scared to wash them 😂😂

Sewing machine not picking up bobbin thread

I got the singer serenade sewing machine yesterday, tried it out last night on some scrap fabric as I've never used a sewing machine anymore, and it was all fine for that first run through apart from bird nesting on the fabric, machine was doing everything it was supposed to. Then the second time I tried it, it wouldn't pick up the bobbin thread from under the machine, went through soooo many videos and I think there is an issue with the timing of the needle going down into the bottom bobbin? I took a video to show you but does anyone know how I can fix it?! The only thing that worked was to just sew a little bit, then it would pick the bobbin thread up and thread it that way instead of doing it correctly (I hope this makes sense). Anyways, any help would be more than appreciated!

Is the embroidery too 'wavy gravy' out of place looking or does it add a fun detail to baby blanket?

Pretty much what caption says, I have a terrible habit, when I'm writing as well, that the text will slowly go upwards or downwards! Does it add a cuteness to the baby blanket or does it just look stupid 😂

I don't have any ends weaved in on the back yet, so if some stitches look a bit funky at the edges that's why, I want to make sure it's not too crazy before I weave them in. Plan to text my friend tomorrow and see if she minds but want to know what you guys think.

Also i am trying to mimic my friends writing with the slip stitches, I think its pretty close! Not perfect but hey, nothing is ever perfect!

I'm making a baby blanket for a customer, and I'm not sure if these colours are great together

Please give me your honest opinions, I was not totally happy with the green colour, it's a bit toooo green imo, I was looking for a more light sage green for better contrast but I was given 5 days to get this done (thankfully a small project) and this is all the yarn shop had when I went in today. Do you guys think it works? I will be adding a white picot border and I need to add another 2 rounds of green at the top to match the width of the other chevrons but I'm curious to hear what you guys have to say!

EDIT: This photo is not representative of the actual project, it was taken on an uneven bedcover and it makes the sides look very wonky, this is very clear to me now lol 😅 I wasn't focused on this when making the post, I was more focused on the colours than anything else! I have posted a better photo in the comments if people want to refer to that before commenting about the edges any more 🫣

EDIT: I know it is very narrow, I will frog and rejig the colours and add one more chevron but my friend did ask me to make a very tiny blanket more as a keepsake than anything else!
