Krakow → Lviv by train in August: booking nightmare? Should I use Polrail?

Planning a round trip from Krakow to Lviv in August and hitting the usual ticket wall.

https://booking.uz.gov.ua site shows all daytime trains from Przemyśl to Lviv are fully booked for the next 20 days, so I assume everything sells out quickly once tickets are on sale.

Polrail shows tickets for dates far in advance, and Reddit threads say they’re reputable, but I’m unsure if they reliably secure seats or just try on your behalf.

Has anyone used Polrail recently for Poland-Ukraine trains? Did you get a confirmed ticket without issues? Any better agencies or tricks for this route in summer?

Thanks!

Lucky? Weird? Normal?

I used 300,000 points for a 5-night stay at a Hilton, and everything was pretty normal. On the fourth night, though, the shower pressure dropped so low and it was basically unusable. The hotel let me use the shower in the room next door, which worked fine.  No complaints.

At checkout, they offered me a 50% refund in points. I wasn’t expecting anything, and it felt like a lot just for a shower issue, but I accepted it. Any idea why they might have offered such a big refund?

PS. I didn’t write the hotel name to avoid trouble for them
