Any idea how this got a PSA 5?

1st photo is PSA graded before shipping back

2nd photo is from when they received it

3rd and 4th photos show the same scratchy look under the word "Icon". I thought I might have missed a scratch, but every card I see online looks like that.

Wondering if I had a grumpy grader. These were comparable to the first batch I sent in (Came back three 10s and two 9s), & this batch came back one 9, three 8s and this PSA 5

Caught from Burnham to Diversey harbor. Almost all of these were caught on a ned rig tbh. Biggest of these guys was a just under 18 inches.
