What the fuck is going on at Marley Spoon?!

Forgive my language but I feel it’s warranted and need to understand from others if they’re experiencing the same thing.

Received our weekly delivery today. Last week’s was the first one where most items were missing without any notice. We complained and they credited us for some items but not the whole box. Incredible when you think about it that a meal PLANNING service doesn’t understand that we’re paying them for the planning part of this whole thing, the most basic of which is including all of the goddamned ingredients in the box.

Highlighted items in the screenshot were NOT included in today’s box. For the pasta and clam dish, all that was delivered was pasta. What the fuck, Marley Spoon? It is astounding to me that they’re continuing to deliver with known, seriously debilitating fulfillment issues.

Where is the Marley Spoon rep that was in here telling us they’re here to listen and would be more active in the community?

After 2+ years of being a customer we are obviously cancelling, but at this point we keep getting credited for the next week so they keep us hanging on, only to be disappointed more the next week.

Customer service is absolute trash. Not being able to receive a full box refund when over half the ingredients are missing is bullshit and I don’t know how it’s legal. I love cooking and look forward to it at the end of the work day, and Marley Spoon has made it more frustrating than ever while seemingly aware of their severe deficiencies.
