Older singer needing advice/recs

Hi everyone. This may be an unconventional post for this community but here goes. I am getting close to 50 and started singing in my forties. I began singing opera about 1.5-2 years ago. I really love it and of course wish I had started earlier but obviously can't do anything about that. I have a full-time 40-hour-a-week job and I'm really tired of it and basically all of these types of jobs. I feel like I have reached a dead end. I would really like to go back to school and study music, but I don't know where I'd look to do that. I don't have access to generational wealth or anything. Just wondering if anyone has experience with and recommend good programs where adults in my demographic can find a good place to study. I'm obviously not expecting to be the next Jessye Norman, but would love the opportunity to be exposed to something I can do that I actually enjoy.

If you live Downtown and smell that nasty industrial smell, call AQMD!! 1-800-CUT-SMOG

I have been smelling this noxious, industrial burning smell since I moved to Downtown Long Beach and complaining to AQMD about it. Today I was finally able to speak to an AQMD inspector in person about it. AQMD believes they know exactly what business is causing it and how it's being caused. The inspector told me that if their suspicions are correct, this is "100% preventable." But importantly folks, he said this odor is *not good for our health.* I'm not exactly sure what the exact number of complaints needed is, but the more of us who complain, the more likely it is that they will take action. The complaint line is 1-800-288-7664 (1-800-CUT-SMOG).

You can also complain online: https://xappp.aqmd.gov/complaints/NewComplaint.aspx

I just keep thinking about how, apparently, Amy has a blog for photos of her laminated documents.

Given her penchant for word puzzles it would probably have a pretty witty "lam job" pun for a title and one reader: Kylie. Kylie seems pretty supportive so I could see her using a few different accounts to leave comments.
