Shoe Help!

I am getting married next month and I just picked up my dress from the tailor. It has little cap sleeves that you can’t see in the picture but here is me wearing it with my veil. I love how it looks, but when I try it on with the shoes I bought, something feels off. I love the shoes by themselves, but im not sure they’re working with the dress. I feel like the dress and veil together give sort of a vintage vibe and idk if the shoes match. Any help would be appreciated!

put my sweet angel kitty down this morning, words of wisdom?

He was the most special cat, i’ve never met a cat who was so outwardly cuddly and would ask for attention. his favorite place in the word was sitting on my chest. there are no words to describe how much he meant to me.

I don’t want to get too into the details but he had been pretty rapidly declining over the past week and suddenly was unresponsive and we rushed him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night. he died in my arms while i pet him. we buried him this morning.

does anyone have advice, i can’t go more than 30 minutes without breaking down. i want him back here with me and my soul is aching. his name was kika.
