My partner's car was stolen on thursday night, we got a call from the police that it had been seen around center city at 3am. Based on the time of the call, and the fact that they called us to see if we knew about it, and that their insurance seems to think it is at an impound lot being fingerprinted, we think the car was involved in some sort of crime.
I haven't been able to find any news stories about crimes happening thursday night with a stolen car, does anyone know what could be up? The detectives have not been helpful at all, and aren't giving us any info.
