Sitting 10 weeks out at 86.7kg / 191lbs. Would love to hear some tips on what I could do to improve my posing!
Sticking to the plan even though mentally I’ve been doubting myself a decent amount. Currently 86.7kg/191lbs at 178cm/5’10.
Currently 11 weeks out of my first competition in 3 years. Awesome to look back on exactly one year of progress with almost identical weights (not natty). 25M, 178cm/5’10.
Coming up to my first IFBB competition in September (Season C Classic Physique) and I’m super excited for what’s to come! Would love to hear some advice from other competitors!
