Fridays meds diluted?

So I switched companies from Ro to Fridays a few months ago for cost purposes. I feel like despite upping my dose consistently - the medication simply does not work. Moreso - I ceased having any of the previous side effects I had with Ro - which I thought was great at first! But now I am wondering if there is something wrong with the meds and if anyone else has had a similar experience with Fridays? I've canceled my membership for the time being, and will be back on the hunt for a new provider.

Mykonos restaurant/night clubs

Hello there!

Looking for a place to make a reservation for a dinner in Mykonos in July. Either looking for a restaurant that shifts into a night club vibe, or a restaurant and a bar to go to after with good nightlife. Budget is flexible, but not looking to spend thousands on bottle service. Would like a happy medium of good food/good energy.

Thank you!

I am just here to vent about the most ridiculous behavior I've experienced in a Corepower class.

I get to class about 10 mins early to set up my mat/stretch. A man sets up a few spots over. Immediately answers a facetime, proceeds to talk on said facetime - volume on loud for about 5 minutes. Irritating in public even outside of a workout class, but I digress. He fortunately has his phone off the remainder of the class.

The real offender though - a girl comes in 8 minutes late to class. I can tell she is likely new as she has a CP mat/towel and an employee is helping her. Instead of quietly setting up in the back, she weaves through everyone actively working out - and sets up directly next to me in front of the mirror. I notice also she has her phone, screen on brightness 100 as she's walking through the class. Worth noting - this class is kept pretty dark the entire class, using only floor lights - no overheads, so screens are VERY noticeable.

She sets up, jumps in workout. All is fine for a bit. Until she decides she needs to check her phone. OK whatever, maybe an emergency. But no - texts multiple messages, proceeds to scroll for a minute before finally joining back in. Brightness on 100 again. Very noticeable. Also of note - she has very long nails that are VERY loud when typing. Can hear them over the music.

This continues about every 3 minutes or so for the remainder of class. She stops exercising, lays on her mat, just types and scrolls. Maybe it's my ADHD but I find this SO distracting between the noise & light. Normally I can focus on myself and don't notice other people - but this was impossible to not notice.

Finally stretching/savasana comes. Tap tap tap typing continues through all of stretching. I thought surely she would have a little awareness and stop for savasana... Wrong. She starts taking SELFIES while everyone else is laying down, then continues her loud typing/texting that can easily be heard over the music. She then proceeds to get up with her mat and weights, flopping around loudly before savasana was over.

I was so close to saying something, but decided it wasn't my place. I wish the instructor had said something - because this was the opposite of a calming/grounding experience 😅 I sent a message regarding it in my review after the class to the studio directly.

Is it really that difficult to put your phone away for an hour, or take it out of the studio if it's an emergency? And instructors, as uncomfortable as it is, is there a way we can kindly asking people to put away phones? It seems insane that people would need reminders that this is not ok, but alas. Thank you for reading my novel, I hope no one else has to deal with this!

Hi there!

Seeing mixed reviews on when I should book ferries for my upcoming trip. We are going July 15-27th. Some posts say book as early as possible, some say to wait for more routes to open. Just want to make sure we have the best options!

Thank you!
