I first noticed it 3 days ago, and this was shortly after my AC system had been serviced.
Any ideas what do I need to do to clear the message and ensure that the firmware has been updated?
I have two Hisense FireTVs. One works fine with voice commands to a nearby Echo device, one doesn't. I'm pretty sure that they are both set up the same way, but one always appears as non-responsive in Alexa app device listing. Both work from the Alexa button on the remote, but I'd like to do basic things like turn the TV on, pause, resume, from both. Thanks for any ideas.
