Is Mammotion's customer service really that awful?
I've been eyeing a luba mini 2 AWD 1000 for a while as it seems to be the perfect match for my needs, but I've been reading a lot of horror stories about their customer support which is basically inexistant from what I gather.
What's more, and worse, it seems that there is basically no after sales service when you need a repair, warranty call or whatever. Even getting spare parts to try and fix it yourself seems impossible. And as Mammotion sells directly to consumers and isn't sold by dealers (at least in Belgium) you're shit out of luck if they don't respond.
What are your experiences with this? High fail rate? Good customer support (I did read that it was getting supposedly better?)
