"Who's this Jim guy? Should I be worried?"

My husband jokingly asked me this this morning when I was getting ready to head up to my pf.

Me: "Nah, he's got custody of a bunch of teenaged kids all summer."

We had a laugh and then I ran to the gym and let leg day kick my butt.

Happy workouts, everyone!

WearOS Integration? (2026)

From Naomi's recent message:

>Have you all seen that we do now have some support for ZR on smartwatches too?!

....no. I haven't seen that. How do I get that? It's probably the #1 thing I miss right now, because I'd love some way to either see my progress, or even just start/stop the run from my watch.

Has anyone been able to get ZR working on a WearOS watch?

(Not talking about the past WearOS app/integration. Only talking about more recent stuff, in summer of 2026.)

[Android] "Set chases to medium or high"

I'm using the Android app version of ZR. I'm using one of the training programs, and it says "set chases to medium or high." However, chases in the app now let you set how many per hour and how much faster you need to be.

So, what counts as "medium or high"? Should I set it to 20% faster? 30%? Should I increase the number of chases per hour?

Opinions wanted!

I'm currently leaning toward 4 chases/hour (which should average to 2 chases per run, as these are 30 minute runs) and 20% faster.

Is automod on vacation?

The weekly automod post for mission reports in the subreddit is running late. Anyone know what happened?

Chip time vs Finish time?

I'm not sure what the term "chip time" means and why it's different from "finish time."

Can anyone explain it to me?

EDIT: thank you for the answers! This means my 5k this morning was under 40 minutes (good for me, and a PR!)!!

I bought this gorgeous travel journal while in Portugal last week and decided to backfill with some memories of our past trips in the last year or so.
