Sndg 85% since 8/5/26 post earnings buy after hours.
COHH premarket today 16%
Skhl 4.74% premarket.
Starting to see wait for earnings, let em beat but still get smacked. Then load the 2x up and hold for a week or two and bail out.
Anyone else noticing this?
Everyone knows short squeeze because of amc and gme due to wsb. Few know the bull squeeze the inverse.
Short squeeze works due to days needed to exit a position forcing a violet gap up.
If trading is 40-60m shares a day and today 911m unlock. That’s over 10 days of normal volume.
Just as you use margin for shorting. You can use margin for going long. If the price drops, margin departments auto liquidate also.
Anything over 2 days is dangerous for either side.
History could happen here and we watch theory be proved true. Even if die hards hodl it doesn’t change reality that some will sell. That the short squeeze is eliminated today.
What do we think the price does on 8/4? What do we think 8/5? What do we think 8/6?
I feel 8/4 the earnings will prop it higher because somehow wall st buys the outlandish statements and horrible financials.
8/5 probably post high hangout from 8/4
8/6 absolutely kicked in the teeth due to auto market orders plus additional supply for shorts.
