My car is approaching the 150,000 mile mark. Needs the transmission, coolant, and inverter coolant fluid change. The local mechanic I go to for oil change said he didn't want to touch the inverter and battery stuff. The dealership quote was crazy. Can anyone of this group suggest a good mechanic based in the SF Bay Area who works on Prius?

Thinking of buying a condo and surprised how poorly most are funded (low reserves). Is this common? How have people accounted for this when buying a condo?
