is fiber-less juice ok? what do u do with all the pulp?

so i'm considering doing juice detox. which i havent done before. i've learned from a video not to use a normal blender but a cold press slow masticating juicer. which separates the fiber/pulp.

however i know that the fiber is what slows sugar absorption and feeds good gut bacteria. i'm concerned about blood sugar spikes from concentrated fruit juice devoid of fiber to slow absorption. also there'll be so much pulp waste.

what are your experience with glucose spikes? also what did you guys do with all the separated solids?

plus, what supplements did you take to make up for lack of nutrients? and did u add protein powder?

TIA!

is it safe to up iron intake with low TIBC/UIBC?

hi all, i got my blood tested:

cbc = all normal

ferritin = 61.17 ug/L

TIBC = 42.50 (low)

iron = 21.70 (normal)

UIBC = 20.80 (low)

Transferrin saturation = 51% (Slightly above normal)

i have been taking multivitamin with ferrous fumarate 27mg.

i have ff symptoms: hair loss, easily out of breath/tired, orthostatic hypotension, cold intolerance, nails that break easily, palpitations at times, poor memory.

I want to get my ferritin to 70 to 150 level to see if my symptoms would disappear.

but is it safe to up my iron intake since my TIBC and UIBC are already low?

TIA!

like manghihingi ba nang kung ano anong papeles if cash payment? will i have to inform the bank beforehand that multiple transactions will happen on that single account coz i have to populate it coz im planning to buy property?

tapos... mga ilang weeks/months ung whole process before u can move in the new property?

also kelangan ko rin bang mghire ng agent/broker or ung broker ng seller n ung bahala?
