The ice machine isn't really helpful, mostly because it's just too much trouble for me. I am having more pain relief with a neck pillow anchoring a frozen water bottle

Finally getting it done. I'm wondering if it will be an easier recovery because I'm in good shape 125 lbs 5'5" 67 years old. I'm not looking forward to it
