Week 7 of Sema

I have nothing but great things to say about Sema. It has truly changed my life. Although, the last couple of weeks, the constipation has hit me like a train. I started taking a stool softener hoping it would help. I used to be very regular, once a day, around the same time every day. Now I’m lucky if I go once every 3-4 days.

Anything else I could do to help?

I am down 12.3 pounds in 7 weeks! Woohoo!

Purple Cotton Candy Review

I’m a cotton candy Alani connoisseur. One of my top favorite flavors. This one is good, taste kinda like a grape Fanta but I’m not getting the cotton candy vibes. Found at GNC in north Georgia (Cumming/Dawsonville area if anyone is more local to me)! Going to get more because it is good!

Memorial Day Weekend & Shipping Violation

I haven’t gotten any notifications about shipping this weekend. Normally any orders I get on Friday-Sunday doesn’t become late until Monday night into Tuesday. With Memorial Day being on Monday. Will they still count against us because the post office is closed? Was trying to determine if I should put my shop on vacation mode or not.
