Need help looking for counselor/psychiatrist
Hi everyone,
I[23M] need help i need counselor/psychiatrist(don't know what will help me the most). I currently reside in baner.
I had a bad phase in life in 12th I was somehow able to move on from it with the help of my sister but going ahead I got another thing which has traumatized me, I've been trying to get my shit together for the past two years but I'm not able to, I've recently got placed and want to get control of this low waves that heat me when I'm not doing any work on the weekends.
For people who think i should try to keep myself busy, I do try it, i play games , anime , movies , visit malls and all but they're not helping me that much.
I want to fix things so that it does not affect me in the future and yes I don't think I'll be able to tell bout this to my parents, I'll be informing it to my sister.
So if anyone here can help me and personally is taking therapy or something please share some contacts, also it'll be helpful on how often we need to visit like weekly or maybe monthly, also mention the cost of it as well.
I would request for places that don't judge us on the things that have kept me holding back.

Today I received my first controller based on the reviews I say it is supposed to have two modes 0 to 1 as well as 0-1 but I think in both the settings it is getting registered as either 0 or 1, should I return it?? Or am i doing something wrong??
