Looking for advice if I should get a fully new build or rework my existing PC

My pc is pretty old (9years), I'm curious if this build is worth upgrading certain parts to keep costs low. I don't play modern AAA games on my pc, games I've been playing lately are League, Zomboid, apex, and various indies with my friends (I also do not care about graphics, not looking for ultra on games). I don't really need anything super powerful I think, but I have noticed my pc is generally slow, especially on boot up, and will sometimes freeze in games of league for a second, and stutter occasionally in others.

Some specs from DXDIAG:

System Model: AB350-Gaming 3
BIOS: F54g (type: UEFI)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor
Memory: 16384MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

(If there is something specific I'm missing here that is important let me know! I am not super knowledgeable about hardware)

[ITG] Looking for help getting a new pc

Hello! I'm looking to get a new desktop soon and admittedly know very little about the hardware side of things. I dont think id trust myself to build my own so im leaning towards grabbing a pre build. Im budgeting around 1500-2000 and will be using it for gaming, my pc gaming is generally not for newer triple a games though (Consoles are for that for me), Mostly multiplayer games with friends. In Canada as well

My cousin sent me this build from costco, im curious how decent it seems to folks here, and what would be the downside/upside of this one and what might need to be upgraded sooner rather than later with a pc like this.

Any recommendations for other places to get decent pre builds is greatly appreciated!!
