I got 284 in pcm boards and 98(grace marks are not included) in n kcet so what would be rank what are clgs I should think of for CSE,ISE, AI&DS

Any other colleges along with BMSIT so I can prioritize at rank range of 8-15k. And what about SIT Tumkur and BVB Hubballi.
