Took a break from commissions to paint up the female Deathking Armor model from Kingdom Death Monster! Trying to get better at NMM which was especially tricky when trying to keep the armor plates dark. Left the base blank for now because I realized I need basing bits that better fit the unique vibe of KDM; mud, grass and rocks don't feel right for this model. This is for my wife's endgame character in our People of the Dream Keeper campaign, Rem Chan lol. She actually hits like a truck and if she dies before we get to the finale, we might be cooked.

Considering that most of the model is TMM, I still had a surprisingly fun time refining it and adding layers to make the TMM more interesting. Big glowing orbs are also fun lol

Knocked this bad boy out when I had time after work for the past week and I'm quite pleased with how he turned out. Client wanted it close to the box art and I took some liberties, but I think I stayed pretty faithful to it. Let me know what you think!

My wife got me this fabulous guy for Christmas and I finally got around to painting him. Very fun model and his ability in AoS is so funny. I normally feel like my iPhone manages to take decent photos of my minis, but it kind of struggled with this one for some reason.

Pretty pleased with how nasty it turned out. At first I was thinking of painting in some fur texture, but I ended up liking the look of Rufus from Kim Possible after being exposed to The Ooze from Ninja Turtles lol.

Definitely a model that looks way cooler with paint on it. Tried some new thing with the metallics on this one and not sure how I feel about it.
