Ayooo today map

How can this map diff 4 ? Any attemp to cleanse any areas result in 200+ zombies spawn. Then we have very far wood area, no heal outside of base, and zombies keep attacking our production zone thus which reduce our production rate.

This map should be diff 8-9.

Eink driving waveform.

Hi, i'm in progress of optimizing waveform for our ssd1680 EPD. The default waveform in OTP is too slow for our usecases.

I tried to cook my own Waveform(just a simple switch to VSH/VSL), it kinds of work, but, it's heavily ghosting and contrast is quite bad. Also i'm scare that my waveform will degrade panel's life.

So i need to understand exactly what i need to do with pixel, like how long to "wiggle" them, how to settle down, what is safe voltage, what to do with Vcom, the datasheet does not give any example.

Why does terrorist not use drone ?

From the Ukr-Rus war, it seems like Drone is perfect weapon for terrorist, especially in urban area. A drone carrying 10lbs of explosive, flying straight into a crowded event, hundreds people will die or be seriously injured, and nothing can be done about it. Drone is also cheap, easily to make, all the resources can be found on Amazon/ebay/temu.

So why, i've never seen any terrorist using drone as weapon ? They keep using car, or knife, which imo, much less efficient.

So i was using it and suddenly this machine black screen and i could smell smoke. Open it and find this little IC had kicked the bucket.

After countless of shady website, i found the schematic(but no boardview, or free). I managed to find the IC name, NP691.

Bought the IC, but the next challenge is i've never micro-solder, so this is practically my first attempt. During the process, i blew off a capacitor, so i replace it with "close enough" one, but it has bigger footprint, hence the mess you see.

But after all, it works again, that's a success in my book.

I have bought a soldering station, called Bakon BK881. The stock tip is too big for my need, so i want to replace it, but its structure is very strange, never seen anything like it before.

Anyone have info on it ? I Contacted the manufacture and they told me to buy the new handle with different tip, which is expensive.
