Chademo to CCS2 adapter

Hi, I recently picked up an eNV200 and am loving it so far (First EV) I managed a 178 mile trip home using the Chademo fast chargers on route, I did find a couple of faulty ones though 😱.
One of the faulty ones was reset by the company after a phone call and worked first time after that.
I have been doing a bit more research and discovered a Chademo to ccs2 adapter, which would be great to have on hand for long journeys, it would reduce range anxiety (only a 22kWh usable battery) and would open up a ton more charging sites.
I later discovered the cost was a LOT more than my type 2 to type 1 plug adapter as it has a lot of electrical gubbins inside to make it work.
I am not in immediate need of one, and wondered if any fellow EV Redditor’s had one and were looking to upgrade their EV to a more modern CCS2 vehicle and wouldn’t mind selling their adapter to me?
I would happily take it off one of your hands!

Hi I have a newb question that I can’t find a definitive answer to.
I have just bought a Nissan env200 which has a chademo and type 1 charge port.
The van comes with a type 1 to type 2 cable which previous owner used to charge.
I don’t have a home charger so want to buy a granny charger (3 pin plug to type 1).
I can only find a couple of examples of this ranging from £250-£400, which I think is a bit much!

My query is, can I buy a 3 pin to type 2 charger and connect the type 1 end of my current cable to the car and then the type 2 end will plug into the type 2 to 3 pin?

I am concerned that the type 2 plugs will both be male or female and so not compatible, and also that it’s not a very safe idea having the two cables connected.

Has anyone actually done this or use this setup on a regular basis?

I have used a few websites that list their type 2 plug granny chargers as compatible with the env200 but all env200’s use type 1.

I have a week or so before collecting the car but would like to have charging setup sorted before bringing it home!
