You’re Welcome: cue the tears but honestly I like this farewell for Cordelia and I’m glad we had that closure before the show ended (even though they didn’t know at the time, of course). I feel like she was finally Cordelia again even just for one episode. I’m even just referring to season 4, she seemed like she changed after she became part demon.

Why We Fight: Still** **not a fan of this episode. I don’t honestly get the point of it but oh well. Kind of a clunker from an otherwise solid season but they can’t all be winners.

Smile Time: ok people often talk about how funny this episode is, and it is, it’s also one of the creepiest episodes to me and I have trouble watching it 😂plus the ending knowing what comes next just 🫠I watched this season live so all the feelings came back to me when I saw the end of this again. I remember cheering when they finally got together.

Only to be gut punched by -

A Hole in the World: easily one of the best episodes of the series. I think everything that needs to be said about this episode has already been said. Again I just remember the gut punch of Fred’s death (one of the few TV character deaths to make me cry; she’s my favorite female Angel character) then the jump scare of Illyria at the end and having to wait a whole week to find out what was next was torture.

Edit: I will add - I LOVE Lorne in the episode. He is usually the pacifist but when he hit Eve I damn near cheered. His face when Fred sings. His offering to pray. Spike and Angel talking about “when” they save Fred. And Amy Ackers performance is stellar, same with Alexis Denisof.

I think her death hit me more because you spend the whole episode thinking “they’re going to save her, it’s going to be fine” only to watch her die in Wesley’s arms.

I only listen to podcasts on Apple Podcasts. I don’t have Spotify or anything else. The last episode I have on Apple Podcasts is Trial by Magic from April 7th and nothing since.

Are they still updating on Spotify? Have they said anything about why it’s not on Apple Podcasts anymore ? Their social media hasn’t updated in months either.

I’m just bummed because while it’s not one of my favorite podcasts I hate how they’ve been handling it. It jumps from platform to platform they take a bunch of breaks without any notice…I’m done at this point I’m just curious if anyone knows what’s going on

I’m sorry to be the 100th person to post about this but I just opened Amazon Prime and it no longer says anything about it leaving 👍so maybe it’s gonna stick around ? I would be happy even though I have the DVDs, sometimes I just wanna put the show on randomly

Apologies I’m sure this has been discussed before … just starting season five again and I just can’t stand Eve. I don’t think I liked her my first watch and she has not grown on me 😂

I can’t tell if it’s the acting or the character I really don’t know.

Is it true they wanted to continue to use Lilah instead of introducing Eve but that fell through? I would have definitely preferred that.

I’m watching the Angelus episodes and I know plot armor, not killing main characters, etc but I can’t help but think how easily he could have killed…anyone. Not just Wesley or Fred - and he came really close and had plenty of time - but even innocent people he was just on the loose not feeding? Did I miss it maybe? I read somewhere on this sub that the WB didn’t want him killing anyone or something just wondering if that was really true if anyone can shed some light 👍

I didn’t realize until now becuase I don’t always look at that data but there is no data on my heart rate or weight. I’ve been using FitBit for a long time but it’s like I’ve started over. When the update came through I logged in with Google as I was prompted to do and assumed everything would transfer. I just tried to log in through FitBit and it wouldn’t let me. Is this data just gone ?
