Has anybody else noticed “the Churn” in their water this week?

Tastes like lake. It used to happen in early September. Right around the start of the fall semester. I knew people who experienced it their first week being in Norman and thought it was the normal state of affairs.

If we assume for a second that it happens as quickly as possible, how soon can we expect a Westbrook statue?

I’m not really familiar with how these things work. Does anybody know how quickly the fastest of these can happen? Also how positive are we that he’s gonna get one?
