I hope this isn’t too dumb of a question, but how does Shadow know that Kaydee isn’t Jackie? I know that animals know, but do we know how? Do eagles identify their mates by sight? Is it by smell? I’ve always wondered how they know when it’s their mate they’re looking at or sitting beside. Same thing with other birds like crows that mate for life; do we understand how they identify their mates? Just curious.
I’m on day 3 of an elemental diet. The antibiotics don’t work for me anymore so it’s my only choice. I still find it so hard to bell that in today’s day and age the best treatment for this is starving for 2 weeks and drinking a disgusting concoction. Just saying.
I just cleaned my pond this morning because it had tons of stringy green algae. I came back by and I see these tiny white maggot looking things crawling out of the dirt under my porch and heading towards the water. Are they bad and if so, how do I get rid of them? Thanks.
I’ve never taken a biofilm disruptor. I’m on day 9 of an elemental diet and I usually do not make it this far. Now that I’m sticking to it I’d like to maximize my chances of not recurring. What do y’all use as a biofilm disruptor? Do I take it during the elemental? Do I take it when I’m finished?
I’m gonna complain because I’m feeling depressed and sorry for myself. I’m on day 3 of an elemental diet. The flagyl/cipro combination no longer works for me so my only choice is an elemental. I am withdrawing from food and have zero energy. I think it’s complete crap that there’s no other options for SIBO. I follow the stupid low FODMAP diet yet I still get SIBO. I watch what I eat, yet I can barely fit into my pants. 😡😡😡. Rant over.
I just spent a couple of hours rebuilding 1 of my camps. The whole time I had Beckett following me around delivering his comedic lines. I’ve had Beckett for years and I still laugh at his remarks. I hope that whoever created his dialogue is still at Bethesda and got a big raise. Beckett is perfect.
Just went to the house in Summerville to collect my burnt books. Found some, but not enough to complete. Went upstairs and found some more. Then I noticed someone had dropped their loot in a brown bag. I usually never check them but I did this one and someone dropped their burnt books after they’d met the requirement. I collected them and got my reward and then I dropped them for the next person. Why didn’t I think of this!? How smart! From now on I will drop my burnt books for the next person.
I have a mama kitty that has moved in under my back porch. She would show up a couple times a day and I would give her food. 2 days ago she brought her kittens and now they all live under my porch. I put towels in a plastic tote and slid it under the porch and the kittens do lay in it. My problem is a male tomcat that comes around and terrorizes them. He’s a very mean cat. I could swear she had 5 kittens to start but now there’s 4. I fear he is killing the kittens. I’ve got to trap them before something else happens. I have no experience with fostering. I live in a very poor area of Appalachia so there’s no rescue or humane society nearby to help. Once I trap them what kind of crate would be good to keep her and the kittens in? Is a multi tier cat cage a bad idea? I worry the kittens could fall and get hurt. Do I need an XXL dog crate? I don’t want to put them in a cramped environment.
