Doesn't look super amazing, but was dang delicious.
Homemade bagel with fried spam, egg, homemade sweet shoyu sauce, Sriracha and white cheddar.

Got through a lot of the game, was picking the last little bits before lonesome road and the end of the game. All on ps3.
The file got corrupted and was basically unplayable.
So... Loaded up an old save right before the vault at Sierra Madre. This time I actually left with the gold.
Also the first DLC I accomplished originally, so I'll have to redo the other two plus all the other stuff I completed 🤦

It is kind of fun though to see what I can do this time around. This early on I'm still neutral with almost all factions.

All in all, probably not a frequent consumption tin. But definitely would eat again.
I said f it tried starter unfed straight from fridge to the dough. Nothing to lose...
Made mix around noon yesterday. Rested for an hour. Made round, set until about eight this morning. Folded again into proof basket for one hour, then baked.
This follows loosely around a simple sourdough recipe I have good results with. Of course I tweaked times quite a bit...
All in all, for an easy peasy bread... Not bad at all. I've definitely done worse.
Sardines in butter. Took the rest of the butter in the tin and simmered with garlic.
Pizza before fire was red sauce, the sardines, capers and red onions.
After fire, the butter and lemon zest.
Not bad at all!!
