Do you believe in an afterlife for your pets?

Not necessarily as a religion, but a Rainbow Bridge? Have you seen or had experiences of your fur baby after they had passed? I lost my boy 6 days ago and I think I've been seeing orbs on my cameras. I like to believe its him, as its in the middle of the night with no one walking past to cause an airflow of dust?

Where to start as new player?

Thinking of buying this, but before I do - where is best to start? Do I play solo to get used to it? Are there certain servers that are "easier" for newbies? How do I meet other new players? I don't take myself too seriously and just want play with others and have fun. I'm not going to get into a rage if someone causes me to die, and tbh I don't want that in another potential player either!

Should I move from Sage to Xero?

We are a small company - 2 staff including myself. I do the accounts side, and I have an accountant doing the Payroll & VAT returns remotely. I had to learn Sage from scratch, and what a nightmare that was. I have got used to it now, but its so expensive. Its almost £250 pm, for what I think is pretty basic accounting. As I said, the accountant does the payroll, VAT returns, End of Year & tax returns at their end. What I do is, put any purchase invoices on from suppliers, produce sales invoices for customers, do monthly bank reconciliation, send off CIS to HMRC & supplier payments. Sage works out the CIS, and the payment for the subcontractors, as well as any sums for VAT on items etc with one button. I also use AutoEntry for speed.

Would Xero do all of the above I need? Does it calculate things for you automatically by using codes like on sage? (T1 for 20% VAT, T0 for zero VAT?)

I do the supplier payments, then I physically go onto my bank and pay the suppliers. Can I do that with Xero, or does it literally pay them? I set it up in advance a few days before the end of the month.

CIS, I put the subbies invoices on, Sage works out the CIS taken off, and I go into the bank and pay them. I send remittances to the subbies.

I have ALOT of transactions on Sage. Its very handy searching for a customer, and finding the transactions linked to that customer for any information I might need. It says Xero can accept 2 years worth of transactions included, and I can pay to have more than that transferred over. How would I transfer information over? Has anyone done this, and how easy was it?

Sorry for all the questions, Im sure its all been answered before, but I wanted answers to my specific queries. How is the customer service?

Thankyou!

This has also been posted into Afterlife.

I wouldnt say I was religious or that I "believe" in God per se. But I am very open minded and consider myself more spiritual. I have a few questions, which may not get answered as people may not know the answer!

The idea of the afterlife fascinates me, and I like reading about people's NDE experiences, and just experiences of spirits in general. Alot of the NDE'S I have read about talk about going to Hell, then they say the name Jesus or God, and they get transported to Heaven for a few minutes. People say as long as you believe in God and Jesus, you will go to Heaven.

  1. It seems an easy way out. If someone is evil on Earth, all they need to do is say they believe and they get to go to Heaven. Isnt just being a good decent person enough? What warrants eternity in Hell?

  2. If the afterlife is true, why dont we get more messages from loved ones, especially when some people are so distraught with grief?

  3. If I believed in the afterlife, and my husband is an atheist, does that mean we will be apart when we die?

  4. If its for eternity, wont we get bored? What do we do?? My husband says he couldnt think of anything worse than "eternity" of anything. Can we "sleep" or "check out" so its not a long, drawn out, timeless existence?

5.I have read that before we are even conceived, our life plan is chosen/made by ourselves. This is who we meet, if we marry/have children, our struggles and when/how we die. Im struggling to think that people choose to be abused, in pain, and generally suffering to "grow" and "evolve".

  1. I hear people have Guardian Angels following you since birth. I know they cant touch our free will, but why do people who have had accidents/got murdered not be steered away from an untimely death?

Ultimately, the big question is, "Would an atheist go to Heaven/Paradise if they are a good person, but dont believe in something they cant see or touch?

Thankyou 😄
