Does NY Waterway operate to Midtown/39th on the weekends? Online there is a weekend timetable but I’m unable to see a weekend schedule in the app, and the ticket purchase page says M-F only. Can you only buy weekend tickets in person?

I recently started working in a building from 1910 and I’m convinced my radiator is that old too. When I moved into the unit there was water leaking in the corner and the section of pipe was replaced (so far so good) but there is a very very loud clanging when the radiator kicks on. I believe it is the water hammer in the longer (return pipe?) section.
I’ve asked the landlord and they just attribute it to being an old building. They won’t bring a plumber back out to repair it.
Is there anything I can do to deaden/soundproof the sound safely? Insulation? The pipe does get very hot and I am afraid of a fire.
With this type of radiator, is there anything I can do myself to stop the sound?
The video included is very short because I only caught the end of the banging! It usually make this same sound repeatedly for about 30-60 seconds as it turns on. It’s totally random with no warning and drives me CRAZY lol
