hi i ordered a rog equalizer from cablemod germany using the asus 50 percent discount on the the 5th of july. dpd delivered the package to the wrong house and im getting the run around from the customer service guy. id like to get this resolved please

my current rog setup, just need an astral 5080 and the new 48gb kit of rog ddr5 to complete the aura sync rgb. time to save
so ive changed out the angled bottom fan bracket for the flat fan bracket and using a small 8 inch screen as a sensor panel and the temperatures on idle for 9800x3d and 4080 super are 4 degrees lower than with the angled bracket.
