Found this prep table discounted at Costco as the last one for 150.
Costco was closing so made an impulse decision and managed to get it on top of my cart.
Ironically I was looking at prep table options for my back yard.
Curios if anyone has one and if there is a cover that fits.
I convinced my wife to let me get a 22 on the go Blackstone at her families cottage as we found one on sale at a store trying to clear out for remodeling. We only spend part of the summer here so I need to store it for most the year. I will store in a shed like structure attached to the house so it should stay nice and dry but it will be cold over the winter.
What should I do to keep it nice before storing and when I pull it out?
I assume oil it well before I store, but how much.
What should I expect to find when I’m pull it out in a year and what would it need then?

Today I had a good use case to try Evernotes AI features for the first time. I had a medical appointment on Zoom, and I was on my personal computer, not my work computer, where I normally would have Granola to record it. I remembered that Evernote now transcription for meetings, so I launched Evernote. It transcribed the meeting and had it create a summary focusing on exactly what I wanted in the summary, which was the action plan of what needs to happen next and the doctor's instructions, not other things. It worked pretty well.
I have been resistant to use Evernote's AI features largely because I primarily use Claude or ChatGPT directly, and my Evernote usage leans very heavily on mobile where it wasn’t available, but my first experience here was positive and making me want to try some more to see if I can get more value out of my subscription.
This got me curious how others use the AI features and wondering if they will bring it to mobile anytime soon.
