Yeh thora weird lagay ga but I’ve been dealing with this for a few months now. Ek dafa mujhe genuinely laga tha earthquake hua hai, uske baad se jab bhi main bed pe let ta hoon, mujhe lagta hai abhi earthquake aane wala hai.
Like bed halka sa move feel hota hai ya bas dimaag me strong feeling aati hai ke abhi shake hoga. Mostly raat ko hota hai jab sone lagta hoon, aur kaafi anxiety ho jati hai.
Kya kisi aur ke saath bhi aisa hota hai? Yeh anxiety hai ya kuch aur? Aur agar hua hai to kaise deal kiya?
