Best solution for updating/coloring old grout

I thought this would be a good place to ask. I want to preserve my old teal bathroom, and the tile grout is stained in many places. (The lighting of this photo is not helping either)

Would a grout coloring pen be my best option? Anything I need to think about or do beforehand, besides scrubbing it clean? I've read about people sealing the tile afterwards, but not sure what the best product is to use, or if I even need to do that with this tile?

I've never done this or worked with tile before so any tips are appreciated!

Massage school for $149 a month? Tuition less than $2,000. Is this too good to be true?

I thought I was set on Philly school of massage and bodywork. But just came across Alpha School of Massage. Their newer location in Newport, Delaware is a monthly cost of $149.

They say there's no tuition, and instead they depend on revenue from student massage practice.
It's a 650 hour program.
Their program would make me eligible for licensing in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Does anyone have experience with this school? Or thoughts on this? It seems too good to be true. Are they just taking advantage of students?

They're also a chain that originated in FL. I believe the DE location is pretty new.

There's no information on their site about class schedules or courses. They make you fill out a form with your info in order to receive the school catalog (red flag for me)

Jesse G Crabs vacant space in South Philly should be a green space!!

So who owns Jesse G crabs triangle lot? I'm dyinnnnnng for this to be a green space. South Philly has so little trees and green space compared to the rest of the city. Imagine if that space were filled with flowers, plants and some trees. Maybe a community garden? Can we petition to make this happen? I'm hoping it's weirdly shaped enough that developers can't turn it into condos.

Editing to add: I tried looking to see who owns the space via Grounded In Philly, but their map is down. If anyone seriously knows or has experience with submitting a request/putting together a proposal, a petition, or anything that could maybe move the needle in cleaning up that space and making a green space I'm very interested in learning more.

Nails protruding from wall (wood paneling)

Just looking for the cleanest, least damaging way to make the walls look better. The wood paneling is probably from the 70s. The contractors painted over it an off white color. The nails are so distracting to me. Little bumps all over the place. I understand not every nail is gonna be perfect but whoever installed this paneling originally did a shit job!

I’m thinking a nail set to push them in, sanding down any paint that might stick out, and then filling in with wood filler?

Any other better ideas are very welcome 🙏

Would I be crazy to continue my 9-5 job during the day and then do massage school from 6-10pm mon-thurs?

The caption says it all. I've asked a few questions on this sub and read it like it's the morning newspaper as I'm trying to move into this field and I'm starting to weigh out my options.

For context – I work from home. Some days/weeks are very chill while others ramp up and I'm busy all day. My hours are 9-5:30. Class would be 6-10, and it's a 20 min bike ride, or like a 15 min car ride from my home.

Am I going to burn myself out and be insanely exhausted? I don't wanna sacrifice my mental or physical health, and I don't wanna sacrifice my learning experience or half-ass anything either. But it would also be amazing to not have to take out a loan.

For more context – evening class would take 9 months and if I took out a loan and quit my job first, the day classes would take 7 months to complete. I can save up enough for massage school (10k), but I wouldn't be able to afford the rest of my monthly bills without taking a loan or keeping my full time job.

Curious to hear from others in regards to actual study time/out of class commitment, working while attending massage school. Any pearls of wisdom is appreciated!

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT)

Is this a common type of massage? Anyone here certified in this / can tell me more? My naturopath recommended it to me after endometriosis excision surgery. If anyone here practices this technique, I'm very curious if you've been able to help endo or adenomyosis patients, and what the effects are like?

I did a quick search in this sub but didn't see anything pop up!

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® (ATMAT)

Has anyone gotten that type of abdominal massage for endo or adeno? My naturopath recommended it to me, to maybe help with internal scar tissue. I just had surgery a little over 3 months ago.

P.S. - Massage your bellies and scars once they're healed enough!! I have already noticed a huge difference in the scar tissue under my incisions - it's practically gone. Do side stretches and deep breathing to help as well. I do all this stuff at home on myself. But I'm really curious about that type of massage done by a professional, and if it's helped or made anyone feel worse

What pre-conceived notions did you have about a career in massage therapy, that changed once you were actually working in the industry?

Could be something negative turned positive, or vice versa.

I’m curious about this profession and thought this question might give me more insight, as I'm looking to make a career change. I work sitting all day on a computer in an industry I am starting to care less and less about. I'm craving a more physical, human-centered job where I can actually help people.
