Can’t handle the heat at all

Hi, not looking for diagnosis just looking for an explanation or any possible related information.
Everytime I go out in the sun (strong sunlight, heat, etc) I immediately start to get dizzy, shortness of breath, tight chest, feel like I might faint, I get extremely lightheaded and get the jitters and shakes, and panic attacks. I also have to cover my eyes when in cars during daylight. This has turned me into a shut in and going to school/work or anything is difficult during daylight and summer.
I have scoliosis and a deviated septum which gives me vertigo-like symptoms and difficulty breathing in general.
I also have had iron deficiency anemia for years and thought these symptoms were related but I have taken iron IV/blood transfusion a few months ago and the symptoms are still present.
Everytime I tell the doctors this they dismiss it because my vitals are fine (oxygen and blood pressure)
Does anyone know what this might be related to?

I can’t know what’s wrong with me

I have chronic pain in my pelvic area and my knees, walking for like 15 minutes is instant pain to everything below my waist and I get dizzy and feel faint, sometimes after coming back from work I have to lay in bed for hours due to how painful it is. Can’t stand for too long, can’t stand the sun, I experience the symptoms of low blood pressure and low blood sugar almost daily. Period is a whole other thing too, monthly and regular but heavy and my cramps are unbearable and I get nauseous and throw up which leads me to not eat and I’m quite underweight so I struggle with keeping weight.
But apparently my blood work and vitals are not abnormal so it must be all in my head or just anxiety according to my doctors, every appointment feels like talking to a brick wall, they attribute all of my physical symptoms to anxiety, whenever I talk about my symptoms to people they act surprised that I haven’t gotten it “checked out” when I can never get a doctor to take me seriously. Like I can’t even get a referral to anything, could never get them to give me an X-ray at least to check my pelvic pain, never even referred me to a gynecologist for my period symptoms despite begging them, it sucks.

Talked to a voice in a lucid dream

A few days ago I had a regular dream that turned lucid and then I was aware I was in a dream, I was in my adult body but in my childhood house, I realized I was in a dream and said “can I please wake up?”

A voice from above my head said something along the lines of “okay I will allow you to wake up now” and it was very gentle, it sounded mentoring/parenting and very understanding, and I can’t really put a gender to it, it sounded androgynous (I’m female)
For some reason the dream made me feel very happy and reassured, I’m trying to connect with source and my spirit guides but it feels hard and I feel discouraged by other advanced spiritual people. I kept thinking about this encounter and today it made me cry really hard, I want more guidance, reassurance and connection.

Now I’m trying to figure out who that voice was, was it source? My higher self? Spirit guides?
(I was seeing through my eyes but I could also see the top of my head at the same time, so this is making me think it might be my subconscious/higher self)

I also get visions and sounds and synchronicities but they are quite spare and I find it hard to decipher them and understand their message

Any advice/similar encounters?
