Anyplace to buy sourdough starter in cork? I’d love to start making my own but I’m nervous about doing the starter from scratch myself

I’m American who started driving at 16.

I’ve been here for 2.5 years and finished my lessons.

My instructor only had a few issues with me. Mainly checking blind spots more obviously and not being so slow

I did a mock test with a different instructor and he got on to me a lot about crossing my hands when driving and ‘courtesy’ (waving when people let me through)

He panicked me a bit because of not being clear with telling me when we’re gonna turn etc.

How big is this whole hand crossing, courtesy, etc? They keep telling me my driving is smooth… but he said he was 50/50 on if I’d pass

I’m gonna try to schedule another mock test but my exam is coming. Up soon and I’m just nervous taking tests

I’ve got my test date and time.

I did my lessons through airport driving school but they kinda pissed me off with how they handled getting my lessons out into the system.,

I’d like to do one day of practice and the do a pretest/car hire for the day of.

What are the best options?

I’m in cork and will be doing mine at the Wilton testing center
